Drone Surveys | Pre-Letting or Pre-Purchase Surveys
We're excited to offer an innovative new service: aerial roof and chimney surveys by drone.
Our top-of-the-range drone provides 360-degree views, 20 megapixel still photos, 100 Mbps video (60 frames per second), and flights of up to 28 minutes to ensure we cover every detail thoroughly.
Drone surveys take a fraction of the time, and are far cheaper, than traditional roof surveys requiring scaffolding, cherry-pickers or scissor lifts.
Lords Pinnacle Group, using its wealth of experience in property maintenance, is delighted to offer a comprehensive pre-letting or pre-purchase survey.
For your peace of mind, our skilled tradesmen will inspect all aspects of the property. We will then issue you with a detailed report listing any issues that will require remedial works in the short term, and outlining any possible issues that we consider may arise at a later date.
